The Proposal

Derek  proposed to me on the top of Mt. Helix on December 20, 2009. We had picked out the ring a few months befor,e but he told me he couldn't afford it. Of course he was trying to throw me off but none the less he definitely surprised me. I had taken a panaroma picture and Derek wanted to see if he could do the same. We drove up the road on the mountain and picked our usual spot that looked out towards the city. He didn't think I'd noticed but he felt his pockets and i thought "Nah, he couldn't be proposing tonight". Well, he took a few pictures and asked me to look back at them. Well, I did and apparently went backwards instead of forward because it had "Will you marry me?" first then "Gina Rose  Ledwak" I was supposed to read it the other way around. I totally thought he was joking but he got down on one knee with the box opened with the ring I picked out. I kept telling him "No, you're kidding". After, I realized he wasn't I said yes of course.
